Our Returns Policy

On receipt of your order from Penhaligon Pets, should any item be damaged upon delivery, faulty or different from the description shown on the website then we will be pleased to arrange a replacement or full refund of the item purchased.

If for whatever reason, you wish to return an item to Penhaligon Pets, it may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a replacement or refund provided that the item is in an unused condition and within its original packaging. The item must be returned by an insured courier or a signed-for mail delivery service.

For customers not wishing to arrange their own arrangements, we can instruct our courier to pick up the items from your home. The cost for this service is £14.95

Items in stock will normally be sent within 48 hours. If there is any delay you will be informed by email and will have the opportunity to either cancel or order an alternative if appropriate.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
